UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY-
It is our utmost priority to provide you with painless, safe, and detailed upper GI endoscopy procedures with proper sedation to make your experience a comfortable one. We assess the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum in detail with magnifying imaging using advanced cutting-edge technology. It is used to diagnose conditions like Gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcers, duodenal ulcers, upper GI bleed source, and Esophageal, gastric and duodenal cancers.
COLONOSCOPY-
We provide a gentle painless colonoscopy experience. It is used to assess the rectum, colon, and terminal ileum with magnifying imaging using advanced cutting-edge technology. We can detect conditions like Intestinal tuberculosis, inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease, Rectal and Colonic cancers, Hemorrhoids, etc.
ERCP-
Endoscopic Retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a therapeutic endoscopic procedure that is used to remove biliary stones, diagnose and treat biliary strictures, and biliary stenting (both metal & plastic stents). We provide emergency ERCP in case of cholangitis.
EUS-
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) is a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure. Diagnosis of gall bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, biliary cancer, liver cancer, adrenal cancer, and mediastinal/abdominal tuberculosis can be easily made using EUS-guided FNAC. Chronic pancreatitis and biliary stones can be confirmed using EUS.
Therapeutic EUS is used in the treatment of difficult biliary drainage, gall bladder drainage, and peri-pancreatic fluid collection drainage.
POLYPECTOMY-
Polypectomy is a minimally invasive procedure that removes abnormal growths from your stomach, duodenum, and colon, and can be used to screen for cancer growths. It is carried out during the same procedure as a gastroscopy or colonoscopy.
PEG TUBE PLACEMENT-
PEG stands for percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, a procedure in which a flexible feeding tube is placed through the abdominal wall and into the stomach. PEG allows nutrition, fluids, and/or medications to be put directly into the stomach, bypassing the mouth and esophagus.
EMR/ESD-
Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR): This procedure removes early-stage cancer and precancerous growths from the lining of the digestive tract. It works better with superficial masses.
Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD): This procedure removes large tumors from the gastrointestinal tract. ESD is technically more demanding than EMR and requires advanced endoscopy skills.
POEM-
POEM (Peroral Endoscopic Myotomy) is a specialized endoscopic procedure used to treat swallowing disorders, most commonly for Achalasia. POEM is a relatively new procedure that uses endoscopic technology and stands for Peroral Endoscopic Myotomy. This is an in-patient procedure and can take between one to three hours to complete.
