BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT-
Hemoglobinopathy is a kind of genetic defect that results in the abnormal structure of one of the globin chains of the hemoglobin molecule. Hemoglobinopathies are inherited single-gene disorders; in most cases, they are inherited as autosomal co-dominant traits. Common hemoglobinopathies include sickle-cell disease.

BLOOD DISORDER TREATMENT-
Primary hemostasis bleeding time should not be performed on patients with thrombocytopenia. A prolonged bleeding time with a normal platelet count is very significant and indicates a qualitative platelet disorder. In disorders of secondary hemostasis (eg, hemophilia A and B), bleeding time is almost invariably normal
